I’m based in Cardiff, South Wales, but as I work remotely I work with clients all over the UK (and all over the world, including Ireland, the USA and Australia). I've worked with a wide range of clients over the past seven years, including CEOs and 6 and 7 figure business coaches.
Prior to starting my business, my background was in web design and education (I have an English degree, and taught English and media studies to high school students - until I realised I enjoyed doing more than teaching!).
My clients value my services because I bring tech skills, design skills, writing skills, logical thinking and problem solving. Most importantly, I'm able to bring all these different skills together to provide a wide range of services effectively - so if you're not ready to build a virtual team yet, you can still get things done to a high standard.

I'll listen to what you want and work with you to join the dots behind the scenes and make the online aspects of your business run smoothly, look great and feel effortless.
My background
I’ve been working with life, mindset and business coaches (and other online business owners) since 2015. Before that, I taught English and media studies in high schools for 12 years. And before that, I trained as a web designer – so I have a unique mix of writing/editing skills and techie knowledge that means I can look after your projects from multiple angles without you needing to hire a whole team of people.
Squarepeg Podcast
I launched a podcast in October 2020. This is a passion project for me, in which I interview other late dignosed autistic women and nonbinary people (I was diagnosed autistic when I was 37) about their experiences of late diagnosis and life, work and relationships as autistic adults.
In June 2022 I was nominated for a Rising Star award in the British Podcast Awards for my work on Squarepeg.

Cardiff Women LGBT+ group
In 2010 I set up Cardiff Women, a social group for LGBT+ women in the city where I live. We celerated our 10th anniversary in October 2020, and in August 2020 I was honoured to be included on the Wales Pinc List, a list of Wales’ most influential LGBT+ people that celebrating LGBT contributions, for my work starting and running the group. (You’ll find me at number 26!)
